This project saw the team remove the old, and create a new canteen for Centrica’s head office in Windsor.
Amongst other things we were responsible for:
A recent project in a large country house where five toilets and bathrooms were refurbished. The old bathrooms were completed stripped back to brickwork and joists, joisting repaired and services added. Our team undertook all the carpentry, drylining, joinery fitting and helped manage the site.
The brief from the designer and client here was "can you create a high-end facility with four acoustically isolated rooms, manage all the different trades and specialists, and have the project complete in 8 weeks?" The project was completed on time within budget and with a snag free handover.
This project was a real challenge, working as part of a larger scheme of construction and under the direct supervision of a nationwide main contractor our specialist team was able to satisfy all the main contractor obligations and achieve our strict deadline.
Studio builds have a visibly disproportionate volume of materials used when the size of the final space is considered. Tons of materials went into this build all moved by hand with limited head height and space. We were limited to the footprint of the final studios area as working space, meaning careful management was needed to ensure efficient working and no damage to final finishes.
An example here of a small job we've completed lately, installing a static control access floor in preparation for a new server room.
We were called in with very short notice and had the work started and complete within the very tight schedule.
Whilst we do undertake larger projects, no project is too small!
Our team successfully created the recording, live and editing spaces for the university's new course designed to use them.
As you can see from the pictures the area was originally a large dance studio.
The team built all the acoustic partitions, made and fitted all the finishes, made and fitted all the acoustic windows, and facilitated all the other trades in their work.

This project was some time ago, working for a main contractor our team helped create a inspiring workspace for a new Virgin team. With a close working relationship with the design team, their vision was realised on time and within budget.
